A platform cannot referee its own agent.
The company that sells you the agent cannot be the neutral party that attests to what the agent did. Oversight has to be able to disagree with the vendor.
Evidren runs on your computer. There is no Evidren server. Both telemetry streams ship off by default.
One exception, stated plainly: the dependency check queries the public registry when online. Offline it skips rather than guesses. Nothing else leaves the computer.
